Kristen spent her rookie years at the boutique firm, Decker Bullock Realty, prior to joining Frank Howard Allen Realtors in 2003, and now as a seasoned professional brings her expertise and local knowledge to Sotheby's International Realty®. She works across all areas of Southern Marin and Northern San Francisco and in every price range, from starter home to dream home, with a special emphasis on vintage, luxury and view properties.
On a personal note, Kristen has been active in charitable organizations such as The Marin Cancer Project, Global Green, and recently raised in excess of $350,000 of in-kind donations for The Princess Project, a grass-roots volunteer run organization dedicated to improving the lives of underserved teenage girls throughout The Bay Area. Kristen enjoys eco-traveling and has recently visited such locations as Indonesia, Guatemala, South Africa and Australia. A 1993 graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, Kristen has lived throughout Southern Marin County and San Francisco, and is currently working on her latest remodeling project, a 1904 Edwardian residence in the Pacific Heights neighborhood where she resides with her husband and their Yellow Lab, Duke. |
